Terms of Service.

01Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Veloxa, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Corelink Solutions FZE (“we,” “us,” “our”).

Using Veloxa also means you accept our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and for paid plans, our Subscription Policy.

02Who can use Veloxa

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use Veloxa if we've previously terminated your account for violating these Terms.

Veloxa is available worldwide, but we make no representation that it complies with local laws in every jurisdiction. If local law prohibits you from using network scanning apps, don't use Veloxa.

03What Veloxa does

Veloxa is a mobile application that:

• Measures internet connection speed (download, upload, ping, jitter, packet loss).
• Scans the local area network (LAN) you're connected to and lists discovered devices.
• Monitors network activity and sends alerts when new devices join your network.
• Provides guidance on how to block devices via your router's admin panel.

04What Veloxa does not do

• Veloxa does not block devices — only your router can do that. We provide instructions.
• Veloxa does not guarantee the accuracy of speed tests to within any specific margin.
• Veloxa does not provide legal, security, or professional network administration advice.
• Veloxa does not access or monitor networks you are not connected to.

05Your account

For the Free tier, no account is needed. For paid plans, you create an account using email+password, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at support@veloxa.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

We can terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Account deletion requests are handled within 14 days, with a 14-day grace period if you change your mind.

06Subscriptions

Paid features are governed by our Subscription Policy, which covers billing, trials, cancellation, and refunds. That document is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In summary: subscriptions auto-renew, trials don't charge you if you cancel in time, and refunds go through Apple or Google except for Business plans.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to use Veloxa to:

• Scan networks you do not own or have explicit permission to scan.
• Attempt to discover vulnerabilities in other people's networks or devices.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Veloxa app.
• Scrape, resell, or commercialize Veloxa data or services without our written permission.
• Attempt to overload or disrupt our speed test servers.
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

08Our intellectual property

The Veloxa app, brand, logo, name, design, and underlying technology are owned by Corelink Solutions FZE and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, copy, modify, or create derivative works from Veloxa.

Your own data (speed test results, device names you've assigned, notes) belongs to you. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy.

09Disclaimer of warranties

Veloxa is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

• That the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• That speed test results will be accurate to any specific tolerance.
• That the device scanner will detect all devices on your network.
• That Watchdog alerts will be delivered without delay.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corelink Solutions FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Veloxa, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or business.
• Inaccurate speed measurements relied upon for business decisions.
• Failure to detect an unauthorized device on your network.
• Delays in Watchdog notifications.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the regulations of the Ajman Free Zone where Corelink Solutions FZE is incorporated.

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), conducted in English.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email (if you have an account) and by posting the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of Veloxa after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

If you disagree with changes, your remedy is to stop using Veloxa and, if applicable, cancel your subscription before the effective date.
